Skilled in the use of personal computers and office software including familiarity with MS word, excel, Access, and Outlook
Ability to solve basic math equations and review data tables
Understanding of radioactive materials physical characteristics, dose calculation, or the ability to assimilate the basic knowledge quickly.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated excellence in the continuous handling of meticulous detail.
Ability to read and interpret treatment planning needle loading plan computer output.
Self‑starter, able to work independently with little direct supervision
Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate Level Degree education
Customer Service for Medical Devices and / or Clinical experience preferred
JDE experience preferred
5 or more years of Customer Service experience of Medical Devices required
3 years of quality inspection experience preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, spoken and written, including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook or equivalents.
Communication in this job is often with Physicians, Sales Personnel, or other Technical Personnel, requiring a special set of skills, knowledge, and experience as interaction is frequently with strong personalities.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic mathematical skills necessary for completion of dose calculations. Basic knowledge of statistics.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Limited amount of decision-making as it pertains to customer order requirements; this position will require questioning perspective to insure that Bard is not making decisions for customer/patient treatment, only that order requirements as originally specified by customer are input. Any questions resulting from order processing will be verified with Seed Management Order Entry personnel or Quality Assurance.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
