CERTIFICATIONS :
- DOD 8570 IAT-II certification (SEC CE or equivalent) - required certification
DAY SHIFT : This is a surge position expected to end late September 20 25 Must work the day shift and there may be some overtime into swing shift.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Department of Air Force (DAF) Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) Mobility / Desktop support tech, you primarily will assist with transition DAF mobility users from Blackberry Unified Endpoint Management (BUEM) to MS Intune. In addition, you will provide level 1 & 2 break / fix support, with a focus on mobile device management (MDM) of apple products. You will work directly with multiple work centers in collaborative manner to make certain resources are available to support deployment of mobile devices

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
