They are 40 people strong worldwide, with a buzzing office in London and a brand new Miami office in Brickell.

Life in Recruitment

• Become an expert in Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Web3 markets (no experience needed)
• Building relationships with Top-Tier candidates and help them find their DREAM jobs (senior-level placements = more $$$ for you)
• Business Development to bring on new clients to build your book
• Account Management - ensure your portfolio of clients is well taken care of and further relationships
• Build your network & expertise - Networking Events, Conferences, Podcasts etc
• Headhunting and writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
• Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, this could involve exciting travel opportunities as well!
