I am working with a global recruitment and consulting firm expanding their Austin presence, located West downtown! This role is a mix of recruitment and business development with new cliental, very sales orientated!
With 150 employees globally and 10 in Austin, they're making significant strides in Technology sectors - focusing on Cybersecurity, Cloud, IT Information, DevOps
The Role and Responsibilities :
- Client development – new business development and account development – both hunting new business and farming current client base
- Recruitment - Pipelining candidates within a specialist market
- Effectively negotiating with clients and candidates
- Forecasting business – continuously managing pipeline and effectively forecasting
- Personal branding – regular engagement with client and candidate community through LinkedIn engagement and meetings
- Networking – arranging in-person meetings and attending conferences
