If so, consider applying for our role as our Ticket Sales Associate. Reporting to our Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for Ticket Sales for our Private Equity Series. Your mission: Convert Leads to Sales. Working closely with our marketing and community engagement teams, you will tap from an established network of women to engage and develop relationships with potential ticket buyers for our events. We will provide you with Sales Training that enables you to weave compelling narratives that highlight the positive impact of Kayo’s products and events. From prospecting to discovery calls to converting leads, you’ll guide clients through every step of the sales process, building relationships that create lasting value. Your success will directly impact the growth and prestige of the conference, ensuring it remains a must-attend event for women in the private equity world.

ESENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals and in-person meetings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of target markets, industries and competitor offerings to identify potential leads and strategically position Kayo’s benefits and features.
- Understand ticket buyers' business objectives and develop customized solutions that meet their needs and drive value
- Support Director of Business Development with Sponsor leads and Sponsor conversion, with the opportunity to sell sponsorships as part of your growth trajectory.
- Attend and support our amazing team at Kayo virtual and in-person events (when sponsor clients are involved).
- Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques, including social media, industry events, and professional networks, to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Hit key performance indicators (KPIs) and goal metrics to ensure the effectiveness of sales activities.
- Implement data-driven approaches to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach efforts.
- Client service; be the best part of every client's day.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in sales, client services, or fundraising.
- Hunter mentality, always looking for the next opportunity and not afraid to go after it.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for learning and growth, especially in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Experience with cold outreach.
- Experienced in completing lead generation.
