REMOTE - The position is responsible for the development of profitable business building strategies, exceeding volume goals for assigned accounts.  Working closely with the planner to forecast basic and fashion product needs.  Foster strong account relationships identifying opportunities to ensure successful retail performance.

  •  Exceed net sales, profitability and retail sales goals for the area of responsibility.
  •  Implement Kayser-Roth key initiatives and place new products as they relate to account specific opportunities.
  •  Meet profitability goals by managing account specific spend within the established budget limits, monitor T&E expenses and effectively tailor product assortments and forecasts to achieve success.
  • Develop account specific growth strategies incorporating assortment planning, forecasting, market place data and business analysis for all Hue categories.
  • Accounts – Dillards, Von Maur, Boscovs, Bealls
  • Analyze business sales and trends weekly/ monthly to continuously adjust plans, identify opportunities and implement strategies, ensuring ongoing focus on goal attainment and maximized business.
  • Work closely with the national planner to ensure appropriate management of stock and sales plans identifying product needs to support business plans.
  • Identify future business opportunities and product needs to facilitate continued account growth.
  • Analyze, track and report weekly business trends and react to product needs and challenges.
  • Monitor orders and shipments daily/weekly to insure that account service levels are met and shipments are maximized.
  • Develop and maintain strong, effective work relationships with internal teams which include business planning, marketing, retail analysis and merchandising teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the retailer account team coordinating efforts with department planners, buyers, visual staff and management to ensure a partnership focused on growth of Kayser-Roth’s business.
  • Plan and write orders for the buyers within receipt plans, ensuring placement of new and focus categories.
  • Maintain regular customer contact to review new products, business, promotions and manage product placements sales.
  • Balance and re-prioritize daily responsibilities while completing tasks according to deadlines
  • Understand company protocol and interact with necessary internal departments to manage daily job functions.
  • Communicate internally with corporate Demand Planning on any proposed changes in the accounts assortment to minimize inventory liability.
