Event Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic self motivated Event Specialist with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that effectively promote our brand and engage our target audience. As an Event Specialist, you will leverage your creativity and organizational skills to ensure that each event runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for attendees.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Manage logistics for events such as vendor procurement, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
• Collaborate with the operating team to develop event marketing strategies that maximize attendance and engagement.
• Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase offerings effectively.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote events and engage with attendees before, during, and after the event.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing attendee inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Gather feedback post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

• Proficient in social media management to enhance event visibility and engagement.
• Background in event marketing to drive attendance and interest.
• Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and engaging with audiences.
• Experience in conducting site tours to effectively showcase products or services.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with diverse audiences.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching a broader audience.
• Familiarity with food service operations can be beneficial for catering events.
• Sales experience is advantageous for promoting products during events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
