What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coating Line Associate position at KB Autosys Inc.?
MAJOR FUNCTION:
1. Understand whole coating manufacturing processes about coating line to efficiently operate.
2. Check the quality of incoming backplates and store them in the right location by 5S standards.
3. Ensure all materials and supplies needed for smooth production flow.
4. Remove all defective backplates in a separate confinement area.
5. Before starting the work, precheck coating line machines condition and setting up.
6. Check any leakage of bonding materials from the tank.
7. Wear proper PPE to protect while working in coating line.
8. Make sure for BP arrangements before processing the coating machine.
9. After processing, clean arrangements in cartridge to easily move to foaming line.
10. Follow work instructions and checklist for standard operation procedure.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assumes other duties as assigned by Sr. Production Manager.
PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
1. Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
2. At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing plant.
3. High school diploma or similar educational background.
4. strong work ethic for teamwork.
5. Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
6. Keeping good attendance for working hours.
7. Ability to lift at least 50 LBS in the plant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
