Is now hiring for a (part time floater) Direct Service Provider to assist individuals in West Jacksonville FL area with daily living skills, to include running errands, hygiene, toileting, dressing, meals, and light household cleaning. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekly shift is Wednesday 5pm-8pm and Saturday 10am-1pm, 6-10 hours a week.

Must be able to pass a level 2 background check. All training will be provided for the right candidate and onboarding takes around one to two weeks if the candidate has no experience. Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated EVV Service Worker to join our team. As a EVV Service Worker, you will provide direct support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist Individual with daily activities, to include shopping, and light household duties.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to Individual
- Ensure Individual rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for Individual

Qualifications:

- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in direct support or caregiving roles is preferred but training is available for the right candidate.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong organizational, writing skills, and attention to detail a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 15 per week
