Responsibilities:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications
- Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity and physical stamina
Qualifications:
- HVAC degree or equivalent HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
