Responsibilities:
Diagnose and inspect refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters, inspecting ductwork, lubricating moving parts, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Test and verify proper operation of safety controls, such as limit switches and pressure sensors.
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
Maintain strong customer service and communication.
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Perform maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in tight spaces, including climbing ladders and bending to access equipment.
Ability to stand for long periods while working.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC experience desired, but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
