Route Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving designated routes to deliver products, engage with customers, and maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer service.

Duties

• Drive designated routes to deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Identify sales opportunities by upselling additional products based on customer needs.
• Manage inventory levels on your route, ensuring that products are stocked appropriately and prices are clearly communicated.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and transactions during sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in route driving or sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in upselling or cross-selling is a plus.
• Basic math skills for pricing and transaction accuracy.
• A background in the military can be beneficial, showcasing discipline and commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Pay: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
