Office Administrator
KB Express LLC dba Luxury Kitchen Bath Express is a family owned and operated kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. We have an exceptional team of professionals that work together to provide the best possible products and service to our customers.
We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position is responsible for providing support to our company’s leadership and employees. The Office Administrator supports the leadership team in ensuring efficient operation of the office and provides support to our employees.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to the leadership team
- Supports office operations by providing clerical support, managing incoming leads and schedules, filing, scanning, etc.
- Light bookkeeping tasks including data entry and purchasing
- Organizes and cleans office and warehouse and maintains supplies inventory
- Maintains contact with feild workers and updating scheduling using our on line schedule program.
- Performs general office management functions including maintaining records and filing system, processing payments, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Experience with design software a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
