- ROLE :
- Provide mobile X‐Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other related establishments.
- TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform and process X‐Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment; submit and transmit images to a radiologist for interpretation.
- Transport and unload portable X‐Ray equipment from a company-provided vehicle and carry out examinations as ordered by physicians, ensuring clinically diagnostic and technically competent X‐Ray images are obtained.
- Conduct EKGs, as necessary, and transmit results to a cardiologist for interpretation (if required). - Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, adhering to established protocols.
- Maintain regular, efficient, and professional communication with colleagues, management, the dispatch department, and clients.
- Responsibilities outlined above represent only a portion of the duties of the Radiologic Technologist. All Radiologic Technologists are responsible for additional job-related tasks as described in the full job description, Associate Handbook, or as mandated by management, along with any other assigned duties.
- Maintain required state licenses and / or ARRT certification, health requirements, and operational standards.
- Hold a valid driver’s license in the applicable state, which must be in good standing at all times.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all individuals. Those requesting an exemption must provide appropriate documentation.
- Certification Requirements :
- ARRT - State License Requirements : Indiana
- Additional License Requirements : Limited license not accepted
