As a Land Planning Intern, you will be part of a world class homebuilding experience and you will see first-hand how we develop land parcels for future home building - from initial planning and feasibility studies to final project completion.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist the Land Planning team as they work with local and state municipalities, public and private related agencies, planning and zoning departments to entitle acquired projects.
- Assist with plan submittals and review process, support scheduling, meeting deadlines and specific processes to ensure timely completion of the entitlement process.
