SALES SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – FULL-TIME (PLANO, TX)

American Button Machines (www.AmericanButtonMachines.com), a successful and growing sales company, is seeking a motivated Sales Support & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, Texas. This key role is actively involved in all aspects of the sales process and provides the opportunity to make a real impact.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional demeanor while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, troubleshooting basic equipment and software issues (training provided).
- Handle data entry and customer support tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full-time hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Stable work history
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
- PC proficiency with standard computer programs
- Motivated, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Positive and energetic attitude – Knows how to start with YES!
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS (A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED!):
- QuickBooks experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
