What You’ll Be Doing: This is an active, hands-on role—not a desk job! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Pick, pack, weigh, and bag small parts for shipment.
Inventory Management: Stock, store, and track materials in a safe and efficient manner
Shipping & Receiving: Process orders using ShipWorks and UPS WorldShip, as well as receive incoming materials, verifying counts against documents
Warehouse Operations: Load and unload shipments, and operate an RF gun for picking and packing
General Warehouse Duties: Frequent lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling of boxes. Expect continuous movement throughout the warehouse.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math calculations.
- Comfortable lifting and moving up to 65 lbs in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.
- Strong work ethic, steady employment history, and a team player attitude.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with good time management.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
