Seeking a Plant Engineer with 2D and 3D modeling experience, to help to optimize manufacturing processes to improve cost, productivity, and quality while managing production workflow.
Plant Engineer Responsibilities:
- Maintain workplace safety and 3S standards
- Communicate promptly with supervisors and departments
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and customer complaints
- Lead production improvement projects
- Support facility maintenance and upgrades
- Manage equipment documentation and plant layouts
Plant Engineer Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
- Solid experience with working with internal and external customers and contractors
- Strong Project Management experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or Autodesk Creator a PLUS
- Robotics and automation experience a PLUS
- Experience with statistical analysis and technical documentation
- Experience with process improvement and safety: plant layout, tools, fixture design, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
