Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Quality Lead to oversee the implementation of quality control processes and drive excellence in our production operations.
- Lead the QC team, fostering a culture of quality excellence and promoting effective execution of quality control tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication of quality-related matters.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to enhance product quality, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of quality control experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field; a BS in Chemistry is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with experience in RCA and corrective actions.
- Able to work collaboratively across functions, communicate effectively, and promote a culture of quality excellence.
