Role Profile
The Senior Quality Technician will be responsible for supporting the Quality Control team in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes.
- Support the QC team in executing quality control tasks, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the QC team and production/operations teams, facilitating open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust quality control procedures and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements, driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
Necessary Qualifications
- 3-5 years of quality control experience.
- A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, with experience in RCA and corrective actions.
- Able to work collaboratively across functions, communicate effectively, and promote a culture of quality excellence.
