Currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Industrial Design-Build to lead complex industrial design-build projects for a team oriented client specializes in industrial refrigeration and HVAC solutions, in the Indianapolis, IN area. Senior Project Manager - Industrial Design-Build Tasks :

  • Lead complex industrial design-build projects from initial consultation through completion
  • Develop and present technical solutions and budgets to clients, focusing on HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Create detailed project plans and manage resources to meet client deadlines
  • Drive project profitability while maintaining high quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Mentor team members and contribute to company best practices

Senior Project Manager - Industrial Design-Build Profile :

  • 10 years of construction experience with 5 years in leadership OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Construction Management with relevant project experience
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, particularly HVAC / refrigeration
  • Experience with project estimation and budget management
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and commitment to safety
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Blue Beam, CAD
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in an existing markets
  • Clean driving record
