Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic planning.
- Manage tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities.
- Mentor and develop staff accountants.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Contribute to firm administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Master's degree in Taxation.
- 2 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
