Responsibilities & Job Duties :
- Support Nashville team in real estate project and transaction execution.
- Coordinate, manage, obtain and track project information, timelines and deliverables.
- Own and manage team operations, workflows and processes for areas of responsibility.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve project objectives and schedules, working closely with team members to ensure appropriate and timely action and delivery.
- Aggregate, review, validate and analyze information to clearly communicate, present and provide insights.
- Produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals and online / email campaigns by partnering with the KBC Marketing team; maintain KBC brand and messaging
- Manage the property listing process, including coordinating signage, uploading listings to multiple databases, arranging site photography and overseeing related tasks.
- Regularly develop and distribute property listing materials, announcements and invitations; coordinate events related to client, tenant or company projects, including tours and open houses.
- Prepare agendas, materials and presentations for various projects, including meeting notes, marketing campaigns, RFPs, stacking plans, lease abstracts and business development pitches.
- Track and manage property marketing efforts and budgets.
- Maintain market data, partnering with local Market Research and Data teams for best practices.
