Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry tasks by accurately recording information into our client's database from various sources.
- Manage timelines by communicating key dates to brokers and transaction support teams.
- Conduct a preliminary review of legal documents and extract specific data for database input.
- Collaborate effectively with the Data Team to maintain and update data as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documentation.
- Assist in responding to data retrieval requests from team members.
- Adhere to data security protocols and contribute to regular data backup processes.

Education and Experience :
The expected annual base salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Experience, skills and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.
