We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Underground Utilities Superintendent position which requires coordinating and supervising all site construction activities, field personnel, subcontractors for successful completion of projects on schedule and within the budget. This also includes maintaining high quality control, good communication and activity documentation including project closeout, and administering good construction safety practices.

- Provide leadership
- Deliver productive and project cost control
- Assess job priorities and assign employees to appropriate tasks
- Provide direct field supervision of all phases of sitework and underground utility construction
- Supervise functional construction effort
- Operate heavy equipment as necessary
- Establish a safe and accident-free job site
- Help troubleshoot and minimize any job challenges
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the management
Qualifications
- Requires 5 Years of Experience in Underground Utility Projects:
- 24” or larger Ductile Iron force main installation for water and sanitary sewer
- 48” or larger concrete storm drain and structure installation
- Requires Minimum 3 projects with experience in scheduling, ordering, cost control, field supervision, quality control and production of all phases of construction
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Experienced in MS Office
- Prefer hands-on experience in operating laser level equipment, graders, wheel loaders, dozers, scrapers, track hoes, skid steers, excavators
