General Description : As the Human Resources Assistant, you play a critical role in supporting the Human resource department and the overall KBEC Group Inc., by providing administrative and operational assistance. This role involves handling various HR-related tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with KBEC Group Inc. company policies and regulations.
Key Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred.
Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and basic employment laws.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in ADP Software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
Key Duties :
Recruitment Support :
Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company websites.
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Onboarding and Orientation :
Assist in organizing and conducting new employee orientations.
Coordinate the completion of required paperwork, such as tax forms and benefit enrollment documents.
Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
Data Entry and Reporting :
Input employee data into HR information systems accurately and efficiently.
Generate routine reports on various HR metrics as required.
HR Compliance :
Assist in ensuring company compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Help maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
Administrative Support :
Schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews for the HR team.
Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
Communication :
Assist in preparing HR-related communications and announcements.
Maintain effective communication channels within the HR department and across KBEC Group Inc.
