Immediately hiring a Director of Specialized Services to join their team in the greater Providence, RI area.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 Years of Management Experience
- 2 Years of Residential/Operations Experience
- Developmental Disabilities and ABI Experience Preferred.
DAY TO DAY:
As the Director of Specialized Services, you oversee ABI residences, ensuring compliance with standards, facility maintenance, and professional staff communication. You also manage staff training, evaluations, and feedback, coordinate admissions and discharges, and ensure participants' needs are met. In addition, you monitor finances, conduct meetings, support professional development, and handle payroll, among other duties assigned by the COO.
