Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator – Nuclear Projects to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate project teams of one to five people, managing planning, scheduling, and control of nuclear project activities. You will act as a specialist with in-depth knowledge of specific projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience in nuclear project coordination, and the ability to oversee all aspects of project implementation, from budgeting to execution.

The expected start date is approximately April 6, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage small projects for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Oversee project budgeting, work package preparation, parts procurement, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety, and resource loading.
• Monitor and adjust work execution to resolve schedule delays and conflicts.
• Develop budget estimates and track costs versus budget for assigned projects.
• Maintain frequent interface with clients, engineers, and senior management to ensure project progress.
• Develop and manage contracts and vendor relationships.
• Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to key stakeholders, including senior management.
• Develop and maintain long-range plan strategies for assigned projects.
• Support the effective implementation of Columbia Generating Station Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program.
• Provide outage support, including Operations Control Center (OCC) activities.
