What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Operations Associate I position at KBI Biopharma?
Job Responsibilities :
Order and maintain necessary levels of laboratory supplies.
Support the development and revision of SOPs, completion of periodic reviews, and other quality documentation.
Shipping and receiving materials, samples, and supplies.
Manage contracts with service providers and act as a liaison between the vendors and accounts payable.
Incident response, reporting and investigations, and risk management.
Identify and mitigate risks with controls, procedures, and training.
Identify and manage improvements for existing and new processes.
Ensure lab compliance by performing routine calibration and maintenance of ancillary equipment.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or High School diploma with 4 years’ experience in industry.
Knowledge of the operations typical to the biotechnical / pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Salary Range : $23.48 - $32.29 / hourly
Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
