Responsibilities :
Develop system design and documentation
Create storyboards taking into account user stories, screen wireframes, and pre-application release code.
Development of videos for DHS, HRA, and Provider Staff that document new and enhanced functionality and process flows
Enhance AI voice to ensure clarity.
Format and export video files for various platforms and purposes (e.g., web, social media, broadcast).
Ensure videos are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
Render project files for hosting on the Agency’s learning management system.
Build a Curriculum tree for 25 plus courses that will be comprised of various videos.
Verify usability and performance.
Required Skills :
Minimum 10 Years Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to the IT workforce.
Minimum 10 Years of Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Captivate, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, and Articulate Storyline 360.
Minimum 10 Years of Hands-on experience with motion graphics and animation tools, including Adobe After Effects, Maxon Cinema 4D Lite.
Minimum 10 Years Ability to develop prototypes and pilot presentations using editing tools like Frame.io and Logic Pro X. Publish and host video e-learning content on Learning Management Systems for agency staff.
Minimum 10 Years Experience in editing functions, such as importing media, cutting, trimming, and rearranging clips on timeline, and syncing audio tracks."
