Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data architectures and solutions.
- Develop and implement data architectures that meet all the business requirements and industry standards to allow users to see landlord records, allow many-to-many links between landlord records and accounts etc.
- Design and implement data solutions that support business processes and decision-making which will help that will have a streamlined process for the users in requesting for additional documents, disbursing allowances, etc.
- Ensure seamless integration with other customer systems along with the integration developer for all the related systems.
- Oversee data management practices, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management for the property-unit-owner relationship, sync Current and POS client, unit and landlord data to maintain better data health and reduce duplicate property / landlord records in the system.
- Optimize data systems for performance, scalability, and reliability for making better payment processing, renewals, claim workflow, etc.
