As an Experienced Mortgage Loan Originator, you'll leverage your expertise in mortgage loan origination to independently source leads, close loans, and deliver exceptional service. Your ability to manage the full sales cycle will be critical in making homeownership accessible and straightforward for your clients.
Your daily responsibilities will include :
Sourcing your own leads and proactively building a robust pipeline of potential clients.Closing loans efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.Developing and executing personalized strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Providing clear, concise guidance to clients on mortgage products and the home-buying process.Continuously evaluating and refining your sales approach to maximize success.The first 90-day objectives will be :
Hit the ground running by leveraging your expertise to close deals and generate revenue.Integrate seamlessly with our LOS system to streamline your workflow.Build and nurture a pipeline of leads, driving results from day one.YOUR HOURS :
This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere.Set your own hours, crafting a schedule that aligns with your peak productivity periods and accommodates in-person client interactions when necessary.QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS :
Active MLO License : Must hold an active MLO license in at least one of the following states : WA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, FL.Proven Sales Success : Demonstrated experience in sourcing leads and closing loans.Self-Motivation : A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.Resilience : Ability to overcome challenges and continuously strive for excellence.Excellent Communication Skills : Clear, effective, and client-focused communication.JOIN US TODAY!
