Are you an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Licensed Loan Officer with a proven track record of sourcing and closing your own leads? If you're ready to hit the ground running and are equipped with an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in at least one of the following states-WA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, FL-we want you on our team!
As a Licensed Loan Officer, you will take the reins of the entire loan process, from sourcing leads to closing deals. This is a remote, full-time role with an excellent commission-based salary structure ($30,000 - $300,000 / year), offering 1.75 basis points (bps) plus benefits. We also provide a robust LOS system with no fees, allowing you to focus on what you do best-closing loans.

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and referrals.
- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in WA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, or FL
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or related experience)
- 2 years of experience in mortgage lending, credit assessment, and financial analysis
- Experience sourcing and closing your own leads
- Understanding of mortgage lending regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
