Role Overview : As an experienced and licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, you'll leverage your experience and drive to connect with clients, source your own leads, and see sales through from start to finish. Your expertise will help clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence and ease.

Source your own leads and proactively connect with potential and existing clients to drive mortgage sales.Provide expert mortgage guidance and personalized service to help clients achieve their homeownership goals.Build and maintain client trust through clear, concise communication and excellent follow-through.Meet and exceed sales targets by working with diligence, resilience, and a solution-oriented approach.Objectives in the First 90 Days :
Master a comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and the home-buying process.Cultivate effective lead management tactics.Become adept at using our CRM system to track client interactions and measure your success.OUR QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Required : Proven success in sourcing leads, closing loans, and navigating the sales process.Active MLO License : Must hold an active MLO license in at least one of the following states : WA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, FL.Self-Motivation : Driven and ready to take charge of your sales pipeline with minimal supervision.Work Ethic : Willing to put in the effort necessary to see results and close deals.Strong Communication Skills : Ability to explain complex mortgage products clearly and concisely.Persistence and Positivity : Approach challenges with resilience and a forward-thinking mindset.I nnovative Problem-Solving : Constantly seek out new solutions to enhance the client experience.WORK SCHEDULE
