KBOX Enterprises is seeking an experienced Furniture Delivery and Assembly Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting our drivers with the delivery and assembly of furniture at customer locations. This is a customer-centric position, and as a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting the loading and unloading of furniture, assisting with assemblies, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. This position is perfect for individuals with at least one year of experience in furniture delivery, assembly, or manual labor, and offers the opportunity to earn a significant income based on the value of the inventory delivered, in addition to your base pay.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the driver with the delivery and assembly of furniture at customer locations
- Safely load, unload, and secure furniture for transport
- Help with the assembly and setup of furniture in customer homes or businesses
- Maintain professional and friendly customer service throughout the delivery process
- Ensure all deliveries and assemblies are completed on time and according to customer specifications
- Keep the delivery area clean and organized, following all safety protocols
- Assist the driver in meeting daily and weekly performance goals
