What You'll Do :
Prepare and analyze periodic financial statements and report results to company leadership, lending groups, and equity sponsors.
Assist in developing financial forecasts, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet projections.
Partner with teams across the business (Treasury, Accounting, Development, Operations, etc.) to incorporate evolving business trends into financial reporting.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate key financial drivers and business performance.
Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of FP&A reporting infrastructure, including Workday reports.
Utilize Excel and Business Intelligence tools to manage and analyze financial data, generating key insights for decision-making.
Review, build, and update financial dashboards in PowerBI and Workday Financials.
What We're Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to create financial models and ad-hoc reports.
Experience with Workday Financials and PowerBI is strongly preferred.
Ability to synthesize complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
