In this role, you’ll play a critical part in developing leadership talent, leveraging business analytics to influence performance, and upholding our purpose and values—all while fostering a strong, people-first culture and ensuring flawless execution of brand standards.

What You'll Do

• Coach, mentor, and support Area Coaches to build leadership capabilities across the organization.
• Analyze business performance to identify gaps and drive Restaurant Controllable Profit (RCP) and flow-thru through action planning and accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support key brand initiatives, new innovations, and market strategies.
• Build operational bench strength through effective talent development and succession planning.
• Champion our culture by recognizing achievements and leading with our purpose: To create life-changing opportunities for our people.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in an above-store QSR leadership role or with a franchisor.
• Able to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve operational and financial performance
• Strong coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence and drive results.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region.
• Valid driver's license
