KBR is seeking a CH-53K Developmental Test Pilot to join our highly talented and experienced KBR aircrew services team, providing over 40 continuous years of Aircrew project support in Patuxent River, MD.
As a long-term incumbent and leader in flight tests, the selected applicant will work within the NAVAIR test community composed of government, military, contractor, and industry personnel while supporting flight tests.
Role and Responsibilities :
- This position supports HX-21 Developmental Test and Evaluation at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), NAS Patuxent River, MD.
- The applicant must be able to perform the duties of a CH-53K developmental test pilot and project officer.
- The selected candidate will support a wide range of NAWCAD test and evaluation requirements to include; test planning meetings, test plan development, event planning, test procedure and card development, flight briefings, test execution, post event support, test reporting, and deficiency reporting.

Compensation : $160,000-240,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and / or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation : KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
