Job Summary
Tasks include performing design review, reverse engineering, analysis using benchtop equipment and/or various software suites such as OrCAD Capture, NI Multisim, and others. Position requires the ability to develop test plans and procedures for data collection and analysis to certify designs and prototypes to applicable standards to include Military Specifications related to air worthiness qualification.

Responsibilities
- Support market research and market survey activities
- Assist with drafting acquisition documents including but not limited to acquisition plans, acquisition strategies, Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statements of Works (SOWs), Quality Assurance Plans, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other miscellaneous pre-award documentation
- Maintain the Contracts Bidders’ Library
- Review contract award documentation and provide contract acquisition support
- Provide contractual recommendations in implementation, execution, and administration for all aspects of contract management
- Provide contract modification and delivery/task order support
- Support preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- Assist with drafting feedback and provide recommendations on milestone reviews, such as Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Business Management Reviews (BMRs)
- Make recommendations regarding office submissions for budget exercises and IPBS, CBJB, and CJB submissions
- Provide administrative support to contract award-fee activities
- Other duties as required
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor’s Degree and 0-3 years of related experience
- Associate’s Degree and 5 years of experience or HS/GED with 7 years of experience can be substituted
- Can work as part of a team
- Knowledge of various contract types (CP, FFP, CPAF, IDIQs)
- Travel Required: CONUS and OCONUS may be required; Up to 10%
