Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert
ABOUT THIS POSITION
Join a diverse team of talented and inspired engineers and analysts to provide guidance and oversight for electronic warfare capabilities of threat representations for Test &Evaluation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Presentation/brief EW tasker problem set findings (white papers?)
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on electronic warfare (EW) systems, capabilities, and strategies to support OT&E
- Lead assessments of current and emerging EW technologies, ensuring integration and operational effectiveness in defense systems
- Advise senior leadership on EW-related threats, capabilities, and countermeasures in various operational environments
- Support the development of EW doctrine, procedures, and policies
- Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and external organizations to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Review project documentation.
- Support project managers in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
- Monitor project performance, investigate issues and recommend solutions, and provide regular updates to project managers.
- Travel to meet subcontractor project team, visit corporate KBR office in Huntsville, AL, and occasionally attend project meetings at various US destinations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 10 or more years experience with threat representation
- 10 or more years experience with electronic warfare techniques
- Possess (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or management
