Logistics Analyst Duties
Review and maintain DA Forms 2064, Document Register for Supply Actions, as an Ammo Log to track issue and usage of munitions.
Respond to requests for Target Systems and repair parts movement, ensuring that the shipments are properly documented, funded and on schedule.
LIAISON SUPPORT
Serve as assistant Liaison Officer for the Threat Systems Management Office with Fort Bliss, Texas and White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, providing timely and accurate responses to all requests for assistance and information.
Participate in mission planning, with profile and target augmentation availability analysis and assisted in coordinating mission schedules with Range Control elements to support missions according to schedule.
Served as a single Point-of-Contact for on-site Targets Field Support Office support to the Aerial Targets Field Support program. Any questions are addressed in a timely and accurate manner, normally within one day.
Regularly coordinate operations and maintenance activities with local Department of Defense Civilians and contractors, ensuring that required facilities, equipment and services are available, operational and sufficient to meet the mission requirements.
Maintain close coordination with Fort Bliss Range Operations, Program Management personnel and the AMCOM Logistics Center to support customer requirements.
Resolve conflicts in schedules to allow activities to meet timely mission accomplishment.
Interface with Department of Defense customers, foreign military personnel, and provided real-time responses to any questions or concerns related to Target Operations.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Responsible for assigned Buildings and facilities on Fort Bliss and White Sands totaling more than 100, 000 square feet of usable space that are used for Aerial Target Flight Operations and Support.
Monitor and ensure that all facilities are properly accounted for and secured.
Ensure that all facilities are properly utilized and maintained.
Verify that all facilities meet safety and security requirements specific to their use.

Logistics Analyst
Logistics Analyst Duties
- Logistics Management Specialist with experience in the following aerial targets systems: MQM-107, BQM-34, MQM-178, MQM-187 and MQM-185. Responsible for the logistics life cycle of assigned target systems for turn in and receipt of all targets parts. Plan and develop requirements for the Integrated Logistics Support of assigned target systems. Provide logistical, operational, and acquisition data for procurement of target systems and secondary items. Monitor provisioning and publication data of assigned target systems. Provide guidance/direction on aspects of assigned logistics support areas and warehouse operations. Establish and maintain liaison with representatives of various Major Commands. Review problems and proposals from functional directorates, field users, contractors, and initiate corrective actions. Monitor and coordinate operations and maintenance functions for assigned target systems. Participate in chair meetings to discuss and resolve operational/logistical issues for assigned target systems. Recommend actions which serve as the basis for operational/logistical activities for target systems. Prepare correspondence that have major impact on target systems worldwide.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required. College degree desired.
- Ability to maintain and/or obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Minimum 18 years experience in DoD Logistics in lieu of degree
- Experience with Aerial Target Flight systems/Services
- Previous Experience with the Threat Systems Management Office/ TSMO operations.
- Prior experience working on us Army ranges.
- Good communication and computer skills with Microsoft Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint.
