Monitors the implementation of safety orientations safety indoctrinations and gang box meetings and provides coaching for improvement. Monitors crews for organizational structure sizing crew mix ratios and wage compliance. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process and develops a staff facilities equipment and tool requirement plan.

What You’ll Do
As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee and manage large plumbing projects.
- Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials.
- Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, and resolve any issues found.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing staff.
- Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
- Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
- Other duties as required
- Valid master plumber's license.
- Backflow certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in Plumbing.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
- Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Backflow Certification preferred
