Precommissioning/Commissioning & Startup Utilities Manager
Responsible for start-up and plant operations activities including equipment and system checkout, inspection for proper installation, review for correct design, and calculation of expected system and equipment operating parameters under temporary start-up conditions. Coordinates start-up operations, including the direction of craft, and all other start-up activities such as flushing, chemical cleaning, and initial equipment and system operation. Coordinates performance tests and calculates test results and heat balances. Performs calculations required to properly evaluate design changes, provides engineering reports for the engineering department to assist in design change preparation. Works with client at the site. Under broad direction, interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments. Applies advanced theories, concepts, principles, and processes for an assigned area of responsibility such as a function or product. Job role contributes directly to value creation. Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years related experience, with average experience of 20 years.

- The LTS/ PTS Utilities Supervisor is responsible for the safety, operation in their areas.
- They are coordinating any work permits issued in the LTS/PTS Utilities Areas Ready for Operation
- They will participate in regular progress and coordination meetings with COMPANY.
- They will help coordinating all equipment in Completion Packages is ready for Handover on schedule.
- They will follow testing procedures for approval by COMPANY.
- They will follow up direct daily activities in Completion Package A and B Areas
- They will identify and coordinate the resources required to complete all OTPS in their area. This will include both men and material.
- They will organize and coordinate their operating Teams as necessary to keep the LTS/PTS , utilities operating for the duration of the Commissioning of the Process Units
- They follow up that all testing activities and punch lists are clear and do not impede the reliability & safety of the Utilities Operations during the commissioning of the Process Areas.
- They report to the CSO MANAGER.
