KBR is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Project Control Analysts with excellent analytical skills to grow with us in a direct hire capacity. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Cost Control, under the Program Planning and Control team. Applicant will be primarily responsible for Program Planning and Control analysis for various contract types and sizes, interacting with all levels of Project Management and colleagues in other functional areas/departments.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Analyze cost trends to correct errors, provide forward guidance, and maximize revenue and profit while minimizing cost variances.
- Develop, control, and maintain baselines and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project schedules and milestones, facilitate estimates to complete, and process scope changes as needed.
- Prepare and deliver customer report deliverables according to contract terms and conditions.
- Analyze and modify cost estimates, re-baseline programs when necessary, and prepare accurate forecasts using program resource estimates.
- Develop price/cost estimates using complex pricing concepts, applying FAR, CAS, and government accounting standards.
- Develop, maintain, and control WBS and associated charge numbers.
- Perform complex accounting and analytical tasks, including account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, and subcontractor cost tracking.
- Collaborate with Program Management and customers to achieve financial and contractual deliverables, developing presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams, implement process improvement initiatives, and provide mentoring and training while balancing multiple priorities and long-term objectives.
- Undergraduate degree and 4 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated mastery of complex program management concepts (budgets, estimates to complete, project schedules, etc.).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to highly advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with standard government agency reporting requirements (NASA, DOD).
- Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting.
- Working knowledge in use of Costpoint, COBRA, COGNOS.
- Six Sigma/Greenbelt certification.
