- Information Assurance: Ensure completeness of received information and reconcile inconsistencies
- Run Sponsor Meetings: Develop agendas and work stakeholders for Sponsor meetings
- Metrics and Data: Respond to metrics and data calls
- Translating Business Objectives: Translate business objectives and user needs into requirements for reporting analytics, and data science projects
- Maintaining Physical Files: Establish and maintain physical files
- Information Requests: Coordinate requests for additional information as needed
- Document Preparation: Prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of relevant information
- Status Updates: Provide accurate and timely status updates
- Location: On-site
- Travel Requirements: Minimal
- Working Hours: Standard
Required:
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Data Analysis: Experience in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to help make informed decisions
- Capturing Data: Experience with capturing data and integrating it into presentations for Sponsor briefings
- Programmatic Activities: Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and providing support to Sponsor systems and processes
- Meeting Organization: Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
- Manage Complex Projects: Ability to manage complex projects and schedules with multiple objectives and priorities
- Adaptable: Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Microsoft Office Suite: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communications skills
- PowerBI/Tableau: Familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau
