Commercial Roofing Service Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable roofing service technician to join our team. This position involves diagnosing and repairing various types of commercial roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities:
-Perform commercial roof inspections and diagnose issues.
-Complete repairs on various roofing systems, including TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen.
-Document work performed and materials used.
-Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
-Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
-Construction experience preferred. (In-field training will be provided)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Reliable and punctual.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Availability to travel on occasion in Washington and nearby states.
-Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday
1 weekend a month, it will be required to be on-call to respond to any emergency work orders.

Compensation:
$20-30 per hour, depending on experience.
