Title:
Earned Value Management AnalystThe selected candidate must have the capability to perform Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and analysis to prepare reports for senior leaders to provide status updates or request programmatic decisions. Responsibilities include:
- Conduct and deliver Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and EVM validation reviews to gauge health and status of program contracts
- Work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools appropriate to EVM analysis (e.g., Microsoft Project, Deltek wInsight, and Empower)
- Interact regularly with stakeholders across the program and enterprise
- Create status updates, trend analyses, calculate estimates at complete, and conduct root cause analysis on issues you find, while making recommendations for improvement to program leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent and 5 years of experience as a team member of a DoD, US Army, US Government or equivalent agency program management organization producing or analyzing earned value data, including the use of tools such as Deltek wInsight and/or Empower, calculating estimates at complete, and performing root cause analysis of issues discovered
- In lieu of a degree 13 years of experience is required.
- Experience and knowledge with the missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of the DOD, Army, and organizations that govern, interface with, and/or influence the systems acquisition process
- Knowledge of EVM best practices, policy and guidance, familiarity with common deliverables, including Contractor Performance Report (CPR), Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR), and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Fund Status Report (FSR)
- Ability to train others in basics of integrated program management (IPM) disciplines, including EVM
- Ability to gather and analyze data, apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess information, and communicate priority findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise way
- Experience in Microsoft Office products i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project
- Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations and successfully manage client and team relationships
- Clearance: Candidate must have an Active Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain one.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze, plan and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments across a broad spectrum of functions and disciplines to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources

Salary : $69,200 - $87,600
