Job Summary: KBR is inviting applications for the position of mid-level Mission Partner Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bolster the efforts of USSTRATCOM J7. This role involves a diverse range of tasks, from day-to-day operations to crisis management and Tier 1 exercises. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, editing, and publishing Strategic, Campaign, and Crisis Planning Assessments as necessary, as well as gathering and analyzing data from various sources such as intelligence reports, open-source information, after-action reports, and input from relevant components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor global responses to bomber operations to evaluate their effectiveness.
- Maintain awareness of ongoing operations and future planning initiatives
- Collaborate with contacts in the bomber community to gather essential information for assessments.
- Generate recommendations for future planning based on assessment findings.
- Present assessment findings to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in managing internal databases to track past, present, and future operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of bomber operations, including execution, planning, policy, and logistics
- Familiarity with Continuous Bomber Presence and Bomber Task Force operations, including associated challenges
- Ability to analyze and anticipate current and future bomber operations.
- Knowledge of upcoming bomber capabilities
- Established contacts within the bomber community to facilitate information gathering for assessments.
- Previous experience with bomber operations across different Areas of Responsibilities
- Preferred background in staff tours, mission planning, or air room operations
- Experience with multiple airframes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in tools used for monitoring and archiving bomber operation data, such as MARAUDER and GCCS
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required
