KBRA (Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC) is seeking an Analyst to join our Structured Credit Ratings team in the New York office with a focus on rating securitizations of public and private corporate credit. The Structured Credit team assigns and monitors credit ratings on various transactions including broadly syndicated and middle market collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), warehouses, private credit facilities, and other types of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). A strong candidate will have experience and interest in structured finance, corporate credit, or other credit strategies.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $80,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.

About The Job
- Support transaction analysis including portfolio default analysis, cash-flow analysis of transaction structures, and collateral manager evaluations
- Perform surveillance monitoring on existing transactions.
- Prepare credit memoranda and present transactions to rating committees.
- Assist in the development and publication of individual transactions reports, credit research and special topic and market commentaries.
- Undergraduate degree with relevant coursework (business, accounting, finance, or economics) required.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience (rating agency, banking, credit research) a plus.
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong Excel skills. Familiarity with database tools is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, take initiative and work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work well under pressure and strive for the best results
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, data insights, and general productivity is a plus.
