Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following)
Estimating Support:
• Assist in reviewing proposal specs and drawings to determine scope and estimate requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and support cost analysis.
• Identify and verify qualified subcontractors/vendors and evaluate bids.
• Help prepare cost proposal reports and preliminary project schedules.
• Research design options and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Field & Project Management:
• Support the Project Manager in issuing subcontracts, purchase orders, and schedule coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, SDS manuals, and safety plans.
• Coordinate site logistics, including utilities, waste management, and temporary facilities.
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and ensure logs are up to date.
• Assist in procuring materials and managing deliveries for self-performed work.
• Help oversee project closeout, including punch lists, permits, as-builts, warranties, and file archiving.
• Provide general project support to ensure success.

• Software Proficiency – Experience with:
- On-Screen Takeoff
- Procore
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Critical Thinking & Decision Making – Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and inductive reasoning to process complex information.
• Communication & Influence – Excellent listening, problem-solving, and persuasion skills to engage and build trust across teams.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR 1–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Estimator in the construction industry.
• Field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
